So this thread went silent fast. I think it's cause everyone realized this is basically the same thing that happened in Ferguson except choking instead of shooting and there was video of the incident. But in terms of the farcical grand jury process and the bullshit prosecutor bias, it's the same.

The two cases aren't even remotely related, with the exception of the outcome. I see a fat guy peddling cigs on a street corner, resisting being cuffed, then having a cop apply a illegal chocke hold, which led to his death.
It's all cut and dry, and on video tape.

Michal Brown was caught on tape strong arm robbing a gas station, pushing around a guy half his size, then goes for a cops gun, which is corroborated by forensics and eyewitness testimony. How are they even remotely related? Oh wait I forgot, even thought you weren't in the room with the grand jury, your expertise says their was probable cause, even though the grand jury reached another conclusion.

Let me guess, since this Statan Island grand jury clearly got it wrong, since the whole world can see the cop applying an illegal choke hold, ferguson got it wrong because..........??
