You can't say cable news doesn't count when it doesn't fit your argument about who gets coverage but then turn around and complain about everything Fox News does and claim it's ruining the country.

4.6M is still incredibly small though in the overall scheme of things. To give you a comparison, NBC Nightly News averages 9.4M viewers a night.

The Big Bang Theory averages 20M viewers.

But hey: Frontline is smart TV for adults so I guess I should be grateful for even having that 4M.

Yes they are and yes she is smoking hot. I don't watch the show but I certainly have seen her.

I been trying to explain to you all how irrelevant cable news talking heads are for years but I'm always being told how much sway they have and that dick Cheney is a major player in the GOP still because he does interviews on Fox News.

A lot of the people watching are also politicos, political junkies, media people etc. the influence exerted by people like Hannity is insanely overblown.

Fox News and MSNBC are entertainment channels for people who have already made up their minds. They don't have anywhere near the influence you guys think. Do you think of Hannity told his viewers to vote for moderate republicans who will make compromises with Obama they'd do it? Or would they stop watching him?
