For reasons already covered, leaving Canada isn't a realistic option, and is thus a non-argument. Been over this quite a bit already. Pay attention.
If Google actually takes this to the Canadian Supreme Court, then I'll eat my words. But it really doesn't look like that is going to happen. Plus, that court would relish slapping down an American megacorp in a situation like this, where the public is completely ignorant, and there is no downside for them.
Right now, Google is in the right, and has lost both their stay and their appeal. Short of the high court, they've been slapped down every step of the way.
I'm not "worried about google", (which is a straw man). I'm worried about the eventual ramifications of this sort of insane nonsense.
