I am, Dylan. But at this point I am also aggravated that every time a black guy gets shot, we have to see his character go on trial. Because what really drives that is racists and right wingers (redundant?) who want to slyly make the case "Eh, he was sleazy thug, who cares if he's dead?" and not talk about whether or not the deadly force was actually justified. So it's my policy to ignore those character questions and focus on whether or not the killing was justified, regardless of who got killed.

In newest video, two shots are fired, cops roll off him, then 3 more shots are fired. At the very end of the last sequence of shots the camera pans back, and his right arm is pretty clearly moving away from his right pocket.
This is a very tough one though. Extremely difficult to tell if he was motioning with his right arm prior the shots.
I trust the DOJ to reach the right conclusion.
