This is definitely less conclusive than hoped. PA, MI, MN, and WI are all very important and PA just announced over 400k mail in ballots will not be counted until tomorrow morning.

WI, MI, and PA process absentee ballots late. MN starts the process early to set them up, but processes them at the same time as other votes. This is why you're seeing them red right now
