Clearly what I thought "rape culture" meant is way different from how it's being dealt by certain groups or interpreted here.

I wish there was a unified group of "main proponents" and an agreed upon definition that could tangibly be measured. As it is the term has as much validity in my eyes as "original sin".

I'd say the main proponents are college aged men and women who identify as feminists. It does get used by other people. And yeah, there is no strict definition, because it's hard to define something that doesn't exist.

There's only one place where Rape Culture is actually a quantifiable, actual thing. Prison life. And since prisons are segregated by sex, it is male on male and female on female. There IS an entire culture based around rape, where it symbolizes dominance and control, and it becomes a sort of hierarchy. Feminism just straight up stole the term, pretending the situation of women and men in society is an exact analogue for prisoners and guards in maximum security prisons. Imagine the insane narcissism and martyr complex necessary to come to that conclusion, and how distant it is from reality.
