I don't suggest disarming. I would like to see assault rifles in every home and gun regulation taken over by a non-state militia. I would like gun ownership to require membership in an accredited militia, with local and state militias allowed to vote on national-level regulations, while setting local regulations via direct democracy with their members.

Either it's "affirming the consequent" or "affirming a disjunct."
