all common law jurisdictions. which is every place formerly colonized by the UK. if you were colonized by like france or portugal or some shit then you are barbaric and rely on civil law. louisiana is an example of such barbarism.

I think the 14th amendment is pretty clear, but at the same time I don't have a lot of faith in the current supreme court, so I honestly have no idea how this is going to go, I can only hope they do the right thing.

Both criminalizing gay marriage and nominating men for a draft before women are violations of the Constitution. It's not that hard. Gay marriage will just be the first to change because it requires little discomfort to most people these days to accept that gays love each other versus the notion women should have the same duties and responsibilities as men.

Distinctions between different sexual attractions are fairly arbitrary. Most of the population is mildly bisexual - even among males.
