I agree, anyone who broke the law should be in jail. But this is what happens when so many who have worked for these banks and financial institutions end up getting jobs in the Administration. Not just a problem with Obama, same under Bush and Clinton.
The amount of Goldman-Sach people who have worked for these administrations is astounding.
