well the canucks didn't have to twist their arm on that one
my company (which is a large multinational) used to be HQd in canada. now there are two HQs, one in toronto one in ny. a bunch of stuff is located in zug switzerland though, and that's all for tax reasons. my company actually moves workers there though, it's not like a complete shell
