The real fun one is if no candidate gets 370, which could happen. Then the election of the President goes to the House where each state delegation gets only one vote regardless of population. New York becomes equal to Montana. The Vice President election goes to the Senate for a simple majority of senators. Think it couldn't happen? Look at the election of 1824. Andrew Jackson carried the most states, had more popular vote and electoral votes. John Q Adams was the man elected President.

But Saz nobody would pay any attention to those states if they didn't have two. It's overrepresentation in a sense but it would basically be no representation for issues important ot that state as a whole otherwise.
