Of course the DMV blows. It would blow if it was privately operated too. Why would it be different? have you ever tried going to a Time-Warner Cable Store? I have. It f**k blows.

I haven't noticed any more inefficiency in the DMV than anywhere else.

Perhaps you go in there with an attitude like they're all lazy and they sense your attitude and treat you like shit because you aren't nice to them to begin with?
