If you think about it though it makes sense...Netanyahu is under corruption investigations and he needs an out (Israel has also been launching attacks in Syria recently). Pompeo is a hawk. Trump says he's an isolationist but he prefers using the military and his word over the State Department. So yeah.
Maybe war is coming soon. Pompeo's past stances on foreign policy would be catastrophic for the US.

On the market falling today: I don't think it had much to do with Tillerson being out. I think it instead has to do with Mitch McConnell admitting they won't be passing legislation to counter the tariffs and that Trump is demanding tariffs on China.
