maybe we need an oversight court for the supreme court, a constitutional court, like zee germans, only this one's motto and purpose is "Littera Legis". their entire duty is to oversee the other court's decisions by examining the 4 page document that is the constitution and looking to see if that document has everything needed to come up with what's written the court's decision. if there's no mention of trimesters, for example, in the constitution (who knows?? it's so long!!) and the decision rests on some sort of constitutional power on the basis of trimesters, the decision would be thrown out as not being based in reality
