Read my other posts. It'd be a one time deal, no continuation of the pay off. This limits it and makes it a one time stimulative measure.

Right, since it suits you, non, youre willing to put aside your principles even if it means screwing over everybody. 
As for your silly proposal Kane, since I put in time and effort when I was in college too then I should be given a cash refund for the tuition my parents paid from the gubmint as well if they forgive non's loans.
