Giving a young adult life without parole will cost the taxpayers more then several college scholarships over the years for incarceration fees. A bullet cost is about fifty cents.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

It isn't a fault, because that suggests an error. A person who is going to be put to death has every right to appeal his case for as many potentially valid reasons as he/she and their lawyer can think of.
