I wouldn't get too comfortable with that idea. He's already conquered the press, who refuse to go after him beyond superficially. Once you've got the media under your heel, that's half the battle.
With the Paris attacks and ISIS in general, he can run an almost entirely fear-based campaign, like Dubya's re-election campaign. If Dem voters, cool to Hillary, don't turn out, this could totally happen.
