Looks like the code needs to be completly rewritten. The ACA was designed to wreck everything, so I guess its only fitting for it to debut as a total wreck.
Funny that for years ive been replying to people who claim healthcare is to expencive with "wait till its free, you havent seen nothing yet" is ringing very loud now.
