In the Baltimore case what these guys did really was kidnapping, torture and murder. I won't go as far as to say every bad arrest is the same as kidnapping. Mistaken identity or bad Intel resulting in an improper arrest is still the cops trying to do their job, but when you arrest a guy for looking at you and then proceed to torture him to death that's f**k kidnapping.

Oh I think honest mistakes happen all the time too. It's just that we currently can't tell the difference and quite honestly no one in power seems to care. We need accountability do that there's actually a difference in how we treat accidents and malice. Not that accidents are even taken seriously enough either.
