Well Cheneys unfavorables got as high as 63 percent around the time he left office. Clinton has never been that disliked. The point is that invoking Cheney isn't as potent as it once was and would be a terrible strategy that makes Dems appear to be looking to the past and not the future.

Jeb is winning the money game big-time right now, but that's going to be meaningless if his campaign continues to be as tone-deaf as its been. Winning elections in this day and age is about capturing minorities and young people, and the GOP appears to have no interest in doing that. Walker's anti gay marriage and strange birthright citizenship stances are going to hurt him, and the GOP's lack of any response to the police issues over the last two years aren't going to do them any favors. Hell, they aren't even forcing Hillary's hand with a lot of issues like prison reform, wall street reform, war on drugs, etc. They're allowing her to look appealing to important voters just by shooting themselves in the foot.
