I think some sort of saliva test for weed is way way way worse than alcohol. Weed you very easily build a tolerance. If I don't smoke for long periods ill take 2 hits of the bong and be utterly incapacitated. I couldn't drive a car because I would be to fascinated with my keys, if i could find my keys (left pocket retard).
But after a few weeks of blazing all day, I could crush 4 bowls in a row and parallel park an H2 in midtown manhattan. One situation I'm severely more incapable of driving, despite consuming 1/10th the amount of substance.
