I knew criminally insane lunatics in the army as well. One ended up with a bunch of dope on him, which got him out of the bush and into a rubber room. And he was a medic. if that hadn't happened, he had designs on slitting a woman's throat and raping her in the slit. A chicago boy, doncha know. A white boy. Middle class upbringing.

I knew an officer that ordered the company to carve "Bloody Red Warriors" on dead enemy soldiers. There are others, too. Head soccer was a big favorite. A scalp tree that was big enough to be a buffalo. That's what i thought it was when i first saw it. But upon closer examination, it was obvious what it was. Some of those scalps were pretty damn small.

But all legal because it was never acknowledged or punished.

no militia act will ever solve that.
