at multiple levels did the courts review whether or not he was fit to be executed, as they do not allow people with mental illness to a certian degree be executed. he's still on death row and he's been on death row for over 2 decades.
that's why his mental illness is not important. just because Indy of Political Crossfire thinks he's mentally ill, it doesn't mean the courts do. and i'd look to them for guidance on this, not you
"hurry up and kill him"? he should have been executed a decade ago at the latest, and i would have thought that was a supremely slow walk to justice
