There's no doubt that Iraq is a failed state, but the last thing the west needs to do is draw another set of abritrary lines on a map, and create nations. The Europeans doing that after WW1, is half the reason the Middle East is f**k ip in the first place. All parties involved in Iraq are going to have to figure it out, or fight it out among themselves. Nation building was a massive flop when Bush tried it, let's not do it again.

ISIS fled Iraq with captured weapons and vehicles traveling over 70 miles of open desert to Syria. Why Obama did not use one drone strike or authorize any military action to stop them? There would have been no civilian casualties
