Dems voted against establishing it, but once it was established why not appoint Dems to it? Gives them some control of the process and insight into what's going on. They could have declined to appoint anyone in protest, and considered that idea but ultimately decided against it.

If I'm not mistaken he isn't saying its not political, its just that it wasn't originally started as a means of taking Hillary down because of her future 2016 campaign.

In my opinion they wanted answers, then Hillary became the poster child of it, then after an investigation they found the server and then she started running for president. All of which just so happened to be a golden ticket for Republicans. Some of you have blatantly bashed Hillary for some of her actions and how she can't be trusted, I dont understand why this would bother you guys so much?
