There's nothing quite like mobs of Hispanics burning American flags and punching peaceful, polo-shirt-wearing, white folks to stir up the sort of xenophobia required to save this country from four years of Hillary. The omelette of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the yolk of patriots and tyrants.

I think what Darkhorse is saying is that there's already this epidemic of xenophobia and nativism brewing, and then when they turn on the TV and see Latinos burning American flags, it reinforces their fear and hysteria.

It's a catch-22. You shouldn't burn the country's national flag in America, because we're a good country. The kind of country that gives people the right to even burn the flag if we want. Such a country shouldn't have its flag burned. It's only appropriate to burn the flag in tyrannical countries that don't respect your right to expression. But don't do it there either, cause it's not allowed.
