but really, he's right. up here in minnesota we can basically say f**k hurricanes we're not gonna pay for that garbage because we'll never have any impact from one but texas, florida, and louisiana get the most of all the states. teddy, if you wanted to make a principled stand then over sandy, make another one now

it's an average of 8 million acres a year right now that burn in wildfires. early last century it was around 50 million acres. frankly we do too much to stop it. most of montana should just become the buffalo commons anyway. burn it, make it prairie again, return to natural state where the buffalo roam
