A leading question can be a strawman since it functionally assigns beliefs/motives to others.
I.e.
"Do you think everyone should be allowed to have a grenade?" = just a question
"So you think everyone should be allowed to have a grenade, do you?" = leading question
I.e.
"Do you think everyone should be allowed to have a grenade?" = just a question
