All or part of this ruling will be overturned because 2 out of the 3 Judges(all 3 are Republican Appointees, BTW) went way over the line when they also ruled that a president can make a recess appointment only for positions that actually become vacant during that recess. Which almost never happens.
In other words every president, and their recess appointees, over the past 150 years has violated the constitution.
And if the USSC strikes down this whole ruling that will probably end up giving the office of the POTUS even more power. Whoops, backfire.
