Well, proving it in court would be impossible regardless of what happened.

Given the total lack of transparency about the operation, we just don't know enough, one way or another. As I've stated many times, I don't know which account is true, and it is likely we will never know.
Thus my conclusion that the best course of action is an Act of Congress regarding targeted assassinations, and an independent inquiry with the power needed to figure out what went down. People deserve to know all the facts when it comes to assassinations, particularly one of this magnitude.
There are very real concerns that need to be addressed by the White House. On that I'm certain.
