What general problem?
On one hand, you're insisting education is necessary for future success, on the other, you're insisting that you were deceived into thinking that education is necessary for future success.
Basically it comes down to you guys whining that you and many hundreds of thousands of others made a stupid, ill-timed and uninformed decision, it hasn't panned out, so now you want to bitch and moan about how it isn't your fault.
The average cost of college in the US is $25000+ per year. Crazy expensive. You did it anyways. Then it occurred to you that it wasn't worth it - so you double down or simply keep on going, because you don't want to throw your money away - even though you are doing exactly that by continuing. Could you have simply kept your credits and gone back to school when you could afford it? Could you have taken a year off to work and save, thus reducing your loans? Could you have foregone school entirely until the shitty economy and job market didn't suck, something you were aware of because it has always sucked since you came of age? You could have done all that shit, but you're dumb, so you didn't, and now it is the boomers fault.
I never brought up pizza. You guys did, to make some retarded silver spoon accusation.
