well basically he means that me saying that it was only 4 types of contraception is irrelevant (aside from like, well hobby lobby, where it is still very relevant), that instead it could be for all forms of contraception. this does make sense with the holding, as alito was saying the government, if the purpose of this was to provide free contraception to those who want it, the govt can do so in less of a burdensome way than this way which interferes with people's religious beliefs
this way the government cant force catholics into providing contraception for their workers, whether its the church or something affiliated with the church in some way
the court ordered lower courts to reconsider based on the finding so that if these are "closely held companies" they can be exempted from having to provide this coverage
