Ok I am giving you the benefit of the doubt right now that you're making a point and it's simply going over my head, so explain to me in the most basic terms assuming I know nothing beyond basic end user terminology: What is going to happen in the future with apple's intellectual property and tech licensing? Be specific and remember not to assume I have any previous knowledge of what you're talking about.

That is just one reason why lobby exists. To make sure the right people are paid to ensure nothing is done about anything. Its the America INC. way. 
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
