In Tikrit they have a relative handful of ISIS fighters encircled and dug in, waiting to die. A bunch swam across the Tigris to escape (some of whom were picked off during the swim).
In Ramadi ISIS is continuing to try to launch an offensive to make up for their significant losses elsewhere but is failing to gain any meaningful ground.
Defectors are reporting a significant increase in infighting since ISIS's defeated in Kobane and numerous other setbacks. Executions for attempted desertion are increasing.
Recent strikes in and around Mosul have polished off 150 ISIL, as Iraqi forces prepare an offensive to retake the city.
