Winchester: plz xplain how and when i can make withdrawals from roth if i do backdoor megabackdoor. Can this be used as emergency fund or is there some holding period/penalty? Also do people ever take a sabatical (say to Tuscany), and then roll over full 401(k) in zero tax year to some other IRA like roth? Asking for a friend. Final question what is most tax efficient state to set up LLC if I want to take advantage of a drop in pass through rates?

eh, just expand the death tax instead to stop concentration of wealth among people who don't even deserve it. insanely high tax rates is why the US has health care insurance -- it was a perk to attract talent at a time when taxes were confiscatory. i don't think we should go back to that, but instead the death tax should take in excess wealth to put in some sort of sovereign fund or earmarked for infrastructure to benefit us all
