As fun as this 3 page descent into the finer points of the nature of driving whilst stoned and possible enforcement strategies on it.
Could we all assume that
1) it probably should be illegal, however good you may be when you drive to the store blasted to get papes, lets not assume everyone is as good as you. That's how laws work, to the average not you idiot who's reaction time is impaired and might cause an accident.
2) Its within the realm of modern science and technology to conduct a test with a level of accuracy that justifies an arrest at the roadside.
Because what interests me a hell of a lot more. Is what the DoJ and DEA's reaction is going to be. How they intend to construct a legal framework now for enforcement of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970
