Well, that was part of my point too, that since Romney did have a pretty large group of folks who voted for him, at least with the popular vote, that this is not an example of an "outright rejection of the GOP agenda". To me, an outright rejection would be a vast majority of the country siding with Obama, like 70-80%, but maybe that's just me. Obviously, lots of people do reject the GOP agenda, but I'm just not seeing it as an "outright rejection". I think a very large segment of American society is not onboard with Obama's agenda.
