The path ahead, as I see it, would be to tax and register (fingerprint) those who wish to keep certain assault weapons, and remunerate those who opt to turn them in.

I pointed this out in another thread.. The doctors and/parents don't treat the problem the kids, they just take the easy way out.. Give them some pills. We're a pill popping society, and instead of diagnosing a problem with a kid we just give him some pills, that's really sad and disgusting.

So I don't know if it's the drugs themselves, or the treatment, or lack of treatment.
