as expected, the so-called recess appointments (the problem is they aren't recess appointments) to the NLRB by Obama during a time when Congress has been ruled unconstitutional. and i don't know how it couldn't be, considering it's explicitly written about in the constitution. it's bizarre that anyone considers the president a constitutional scholar

anyway, everything the national labor relations board has done since january 2012 is overturned because they didn't have a quorum. which is fairly humorous.

John I'm with J.K. here. Maybe you can expand on what exactly happened then so we can better understanding of why it was unconstitutional. Maybe other members are fully aware of the situation when it first happened, but I'd prefer not to have to spend a lot of time digging for it. OK?

Probably bounces to the Supreme court now, which is a good thing because the whole situation is dumb.

So John, the President pulled a fast one and did something he shouldn't have and the court ruled that it was against the law and now the President is going to argue using the old "is" is excuse? (Forgive me for putting it in plain simple language)
