I'll try to actually answer the question, unlike the scumbags above me. I have said "neither" to some, because they don't quite fit into those terms so easily. Some of my positions are conditional upon other changes, and so I've termed them "pragmatic."
1. Guns: I accept fair, reasonable gun regulations, including mandatory firearms training, a background check, waiting periods and some basic limitations on types of weaponry available. I would also support a mandatory national militia. Neither.
2. Corporate taxes: I believe corporations should be abolished entirely, and only incorporated when they can demonstrate a tangible public benefit, like in the old days. Neither.
3. School vouchers: I firmly support public education, and I don't think that the private sector can make up for a solid public education system. Liberal.
4. Public unions: I don't like them. I think unions are nothing more than extortion... however, until the various subsidies and advantages given to corporations are removed, or corporations themselves abolished, I support them. Neither.
5. Income taxes: I don't like them. This is a conservative position. However, I would prefer a system in which excessive wealth was stomped out of existence, by the redistribution of wealth, according to a maximum ratio scheme. Liberal.
6. Capital Gains: Meh. Neither.
7. Federalism: I dislike national entities of all varieties, governmental, non-governmental, sporting, whatever. I don't know if that is a liberal or a conservative position. I'm going to say liberal, because the debate about this subject is much different in Canada than it is in the US. Liberal.
8. The Commerce Clause: Irrelevant to me. Neither.
9. Abortion: Liberal.
10. Political Correctness: I dislike people who get caught up in semantics and symbols. Conservative.
11. Energy: We need to be moving away from fossil fuel. That being said, if we are going to continue drilling, let's take it from the Arabs for now, and keep our supplies as an ace-in-the-hole. I'd rather their countries get environmentally raped anyways. Pragmatic.
12. Nukes: Minimal nuke ownership is a good thing, and greatly stabilizes foreign relations. Conservative.
13. Social Issues: As liberal as you can possibly get.
14. Health Care: I support universal health care because it works. Liberal.
15. Drug War: Liberal as shit. End it immediately.
16. Immigration: Surprisingly, I am not a huge fan of immigration. Those who come here need to offer something that our citizens cannot, and allowed to stay only insofar as they continue to provide a benefit. Conservative.
17. Conservation: We need to be setting aside whole swaths of territory to preserve for future generations. Liberal.
18. Military: Basically a non-interventionist, with exceptions for truly exceptional events. Conservative.
19. Banking: I want these assholes brought to their knees, begging to be allowed to live, and yearning for more regulations. Liberal.
