No one will ever be allowed to complain about minimum wage increases until social programs are actually supported. You cannot have a low minimum wage and for-profit social infrastructure at the same time. Your society will crumble.

No minimum wage laws in Germany, Austria and Scandinavia.

The US now has both minimum wage and Obamacare and we have one of the highest cost of healthcare in the world.

Raising the minimum wage also raises the wages of middle class workers. Also there isn't much evidence of significant price effects and almost no employment effects
The minimum wage is a transfer of wealth from the wealthy to the middle and lower classes, not from the middle class to the lower class.
