Posted: Fri Apr 05, 2013 11:11 amThe decline in full time employment is probably due to healthcare benefits. Lots of big employers will only allow workers the max hours per week they can without having to start giving them benefits. Waaaay cheaper to employ a bunch of people part time than fewer people full time+bennies.
