This isn't a logical question.
One world government implies that the world population has become almost completely post-sovereign, which is the only way there would be a discernable value to American world influence.
Subsequently, if the world population was largely post-sovereign, American influence as it exists today, would not exist, because a large part of American culture is based on the fact that we are stridently different from all other dominant nations because of how we began.
Essentially, one world rule = the endgame of American culture as it is currently developing anyways. So all you're basically asking is what will it be like when the last vestiges of tribalism are gone.
