The GOP is losing women and the young voters of all races.

And as long as the GOP continues to declare war on social issues, it's only going to get worse.

Coulter's right. The GOP is falling behind in the culture war and they are clinging on to whatever small voting bloc they can. Maybe next they can go for the retired wheel-chair bound carnival worker crowd.

If the GOP knows what is best for them, they will ditch the social conservatism strangle hold from their social policies and adopt a live and let live outlook on people's personal lives.

The GOP would dominate the shit out of American politics if they adopted a legitimate socially liberal, economically conservative agenda.

I actually just read the article in the OP for the first time and it seems like Ann Coulter isn't suggesting that the GOP change their rhetoric, she's simply saying "f*** the hispanics."
