Indy, there are tons of regs. We have, including yourself, many times said that whatever law was in place wouldn't make half a tinker's damn. They were above any law. There is no law. The law ignored it and continues to ignore it. another regulation won't be worth the other half of that tinker's damn.

and absolutely not one thing has changed.

Hasn't the statute of limitations run out for those crooks? I think they're completely off the hook now. that's what size does for you. They managed to wrangle enough legal obfuscation to commit a near perfect crime. Although it was detected and verified, nothing happened. They're off scot free.

And it's not capitalism. You have often called it lemon socialism. I think that can be a very fair term when it's well fleshed out. I have always called it socialism for the rich, but I can go with either. There may be others that may be better. Can't think of any just now.

And see that is what is so astounding to me: it is out there in plain sight. This is not some wacky conspiracy theory or phantom threat, it's right. There.

And what are people here up in arms about? Muslims. Abortion. Their guns. Benghazi. Paula Deen. "Socialism." An IRS "scandal," which turned out... not to be a scandal.

I don't know whether people are just that clueless or there's some kind of weird Stockholm Syndrome going on.
