Not an order of precedence, but this would be a good start:

1. Legalize gay marriage
2. Legalize abortion
3. Legalize drugs
4. Abolish the NSA and the spying programs
5. Change copyright law to remove patent trolls and copyright monopolies
6. Stop subsidies to oil and gas companies
7. Fix corporate income tax loopholes
8. Initiate a tax on wealth, and remove or at least significantly reduce income tax. For example, for a couple making < $300,000 no income tax
9. Reduce funding for DoD, increase funding for national science initiatives
10. Use money from the "war on drugs" to instead fund inner-city programs to find alternate activities for children, stuff like that.
11. Remove Obama Care, institute national healthcare system
12. Eliminate career politicians by using term limits
13. Institute term limits for the Supreme Court
14. Provide public funding for national elections/state for state elections, etc...
15. Eliminate winner-takes-all elections, and reward seats based on percentage of vote
16. Simplify the tax code
17. Require any use of military forces over 30 days to require a congressional declaration (not necessarily of war) or authorization with a defined scope and statute of limitations.

I think that's a good start. Any agreements/disagreements?

I'm liking #15 a lot, though imho they would all be good initiatives in that they address real problems.

Parliamentary systems are pretty cool, but not great. They can be manipulated just the same.

Still, I liked everything on this list. Sounds incredible.

Agree with most of it. I'd lower the income tax thing to $150,000, and I'd push for a steeply progressive capital gains tax.

The high court should stay as is. Nominating and confirming is political enough already, without having to do it 10 times as often, at predictable intervals that can be easily timed with other issues.

I'd take the public campaign funding even further and ban any private or corporate donations, as well as any super-pac or anything similar.

Everyone gets the same amount, no exceptions, no inflows from third parties.

Abortion is already legal. What we need to do is swing the judicial mallet and crush those who are attempting to make it "virtually illegal" with insane state legislation.

Pretty much agree with most of it- I would do away with income tax entirely and go with a flat tax rate; also I would disband ATF and Homeland Security and remove all restrictions on guns except criminal/mental background checks and mandatory safety classes to obtain license.

And by "fix", you mean implement policies that support one side of the political spectrum and ignore the other side completely. Ann Coulter will roll in her grave.
