Its the court of puplic opinion and related actions is what counts. What those actions may be is anyones guess. It may even lead to another 911 type sortie aginst the nsa.Who really knows?

Posted: Fri Jul 26, 2013 9:44 amThis isn't a 4th amendment issue, this is a seperation of powers issue. This is clearly an indipendent administrative agency, not a court. Courts do not make policy. The whole thing is a sketchy roundabout way of creating what is effectivley an independent administrative agency without necessitating the oversights such an agency would typically have.
