They can't even build a working website and yet we're supposed to trust them to control our healthcare system.

They should have just hired Amazon to design, run and host a website for them. How awesome would it be to be able to rate one's health insurance provider and write a review for all to see.

Yes, it could have been handled better. It's not very hard to anticipate a massive influx of applications at start-up, manage people's expectations so that they don't all hit at once, scale up a system to handle the initial influx, and then scale it down to manageable levels later.

But, I don't think that we should be judging the whole program on this metric. Or calling for Kathleen's resignation.

Holy f*** the hypocrisy is just astounding at this point. I wonder: do you people ever do anything except sit around and bitch all day about how much you hate him? Have you any solutions at all? Any ideas? What problems are you solving?
