In any similar situation it's going to cause a bubble as housing starts will increase to meet the demand. It's been that way for two years here. I imagine the rest of the world is just now catching up.

Posted: Mon Dec 02, 2013 4:34 pmA lot of the laws that prevented foreclosure a few years ago are due to expire, therefore there'll be more houses available in the market and prices will drop. The existing price is the bubble price.
