Well Obama is nothing like FDR.

The problem here is that the right can pretend they won't bailout the banks if there's another meltdown and the Democrats know when the time comes to do it they'll both be on the side of bailing the banks out so you need an electorate who can think more than 48 hours ahead and they sure as he'll don't have that.

This is just corporate brainwashing on a large scale. We fear these people for their power but they should be the ones fearing us.

It kills me that we allow them to just outright blackmail us. When they are talking about an uncompetitive economic environment they are really just referring to a community or country that isn't a bitch. They will take their companies elsewhere. Blah blah.

We need to call them on this. Where are they going to go lol? China? Europe? Russia? Its like folding when you have a royal flush. Total stupidity.

I'll be honest, it is getting harder and harder for me to give a damn about the economy, health care, regulations, welfare, abortion, or anything else really. Our government is openly spying on us and we just don't give a damn. I'm not sure that we really deserve good government as a people.
